Basically now 80% of the industrial buildings have the no workers alert, and the ones that don't have the alert have over educated workers in them, so why are educated people working in the industrial zone when I have "schools out" residential zones right beside? ![]() The odd thing is that the demand for industrial is medium, so why is my city demanding industrial, but no one wants to work there? here's a screenshot of the area. I also added a third smaller residential zone beside it as well and the not enough workers alert keeps popping up. I have 2 residential districts (both with 2k-2.5k people) right beside the industrial district with the schools out policy enabled. ![]() So my city is at 16 000 people and it was going great until all of a sudden one of my big industrial zones started having "not enough workers" alerts for about 60% of the buildings. ![]()
